
Dr. Pierce's undergraduate studies took place at Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry and Social Rehabilitation.
She then attended medical school at the University of New England's College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford and performed her internship at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. Her residency took place in Family Medicine at CMMC.
Dr. Pierce first started practicing at Mercy Primary Care in Westbrook. After a few years, she decided she could provide the best possible care by opening her own practice, so on St. Patrick's Day in 1993, Dr. Elizabeth Pierce, D.O., P.A. opened and began receiving patients.
Dr. Pierce was raised in raised in Augusta and has lived in Freeport for over 10 years. She is married and has two beautiful daughters and a moose of a dog named Diego. She enjoys jogging, gardening and spending time with her family.
